A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received. The deposit secures your date and is applied toward your total balance.
The remaining balance is due before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Online payments are accepted for deposits and final balances.
Cancellations made 14 or more days in advance retain the deposit as credit toward a future date. Cancellations within 14 days of the event forfeit the deposit.
Services are delivered as described on the Services page and as confirmed in your pre-event consultation. Changes to scope may affect pricing.
Unless otherwise agreed, media captured during content creation may be used for portfolio and promotional purposes. Notify us in writing if you prefer otherwise.
